The El Camino Real Grand Boulevard III OBAG Project is a significant infrastructure improvement project that involves comprehensive work, including traffic control, excavation, removals, hot mix asphalt paving, slurry seal application, concrete curb, gutter, and paving installations, pervious concrete paving, signing and striping, utility adjustments, storm drainage modifications, bioretention planting, irrigation, and lighting modifications.

Montez Group and it’s experienced inspectors managed critical aspects of the project, such as overseeing the installation of ADA-compliant ramps, roadway construction, and the placement and compaction of concrete and asphalt. Coordinating closely with the materials testing laboratory, inspectors ensured project elements complied with rigorous quality standards. The inspectors also tracked landscaping efforts to maintain the project’s environmental and aesthetic goals.​ Montez Group, Inc. played a key role in the successful completion of this project, which improved the safety, functionality, and sustainability of El Camino Real.
