LONG TERM IMPROVEMENTS PROJECT

The Sunol Yard Long Term Improvements Project improved the existing Sunol Yard by replacing outdated and no longer serviceable facilities with new structures in an updated facility layout to efficiently provide operations and maintenance support to SFPUC operations in the East Bay area.

The project included a new 11,000 sq. ft. administration building, four new pre-manufactured shop buildings of various sizes, three new 8,000 sq. ft. pre-manufactured covered storage structures, a new fueling station, and various other civil sitework, utility, and security improvements.

Montez Group provided Document Control Management services on the project. Montez Group staff tracked all correspondence between the project owner and the contractor and ensured that all documents were filed, numbered, and tracked accurately and effectively.
